Returns

For defects, shipping damages, or inconsistencies noticed upon receipt, you can request a free replacement by clicking "Contact Us" on our website. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. For issues found after 30 days, please email us for support.

For returns due to dissatisfaction, submit a request within 5 days (for US customers) via the same contact link. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. We will provide a return label for eligible items.

Warranty

For issues like missing parts, dead LEDs, moisture, breaks, or internal defects during use, contact us through our website. Upon confirmation, we will offer a free replacement. Note: Disassembly, abuse, or mistakes may void the warranty.

Refunds

For significant delays in unshipped orders caused by us, submit a refund claim by clicking "Contact Us" on our website. For defects, inconsistencies, or shipping damage noticed upon receipt, if you don't want a replacement, request a return and refund within 7 days. For support beyond 7 days, please email us.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed according to your payment method. PayPal refunds are typically same-day; credit card refunds take 1-3 business days. If there is a delay, please contact us at service@weelmoto.com, and we will assist you further.
